With ceilings soaring to 5 meters and equipped with ten large windows, the studio bathes in natural light, adjustable for the perfect shooting ambiance. Our facilities are designed for maximum functionality and artistic freedom, featuring state-of-the-art lighting and photographic equipment suitable for both ambitious video productions and detailed photographic projects.

Studio Rental Terms
Rental Duration and Booking:
Daily Rates: Our studio offers daily rates of €300 for teams up to 15 persons and €500 for larger teams exceeding 15 persons.
Minimum Booking Time: We require a full-day booking as our minimum rental duration.
Working Hours: Our standard operating hours are Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 21:00. Weekend bookings are available with an additional fee of EUR 80/day.
Extended Hours: Need more time? Bookings extended beyond 21:00 are subject to an additional charge of EUR 30 per hour.
Studio Use:
Sound Quality: Due to the natural acoustics of our studio, we cannot guarantee completely soundproof recording conditions.
Background Options: We offer a variety of background options including Colorama and Manfrotto paper backdrops. Pricing is €20 + VAT for up to 3 meters, and €100 + VAT for a full roll of 11 meters.
Fees and Charges:
Cleaning Fees: A cleaning fee of EUR 50 applies for shoots that require extensive cleanup, such as those using confetti or flowers. Also if garbage exceeds one 240-liter bin, an additional fee of EUR 25 is charged.
Equipment use and damage: We expect normal use but will charge for significant damage to equipment or facilities. An additional €30 fee applies if studio dishes are used and not cleaned after use.
Participants and Conduct:
Capacity Guidelines: Please inform us in advance if your project involves more than 15 participants so we can ensure proper accommodation.
Studio Conduct: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the studio. We permit electronic cigarettes.
Payment and Cancellations:
Payment Requirements: Full payment is required before the day of shooting.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable. Rescheduling last minute may incur additional fees.
Special Requests and Additional Information:
Extended projects and special hours: For projects requiring extended hours or special accommodations, please contact us well in advance for a tailored solution.
Included Amenities: Rental fees include all necessary amenities such as cleaning services, Wi-Fi, electricity, and coffee.
Guide to Photo Studio rentals
The minimum booking time is one full day. We do not offer hourly rates to ensure exclusive and uninterrupted access for each client.
Extensions are subject to availability and must be arranged in advance. Overtime fees apply for late departures as per our extended hours rate.
Yes, props that might create significant mess or require special arrangements need pre-approval. Props such as confetti or flowers will incur an additional cleaning charge.
Our rentals include access to high-quality basic photo and video equipment, various backdrops, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable workspaces. Specific equipment can be requested in advance.
